By default your agent's hosted chat surface lives at a Chatzuri URL. Custom domains let you serve it from your own domain — chat.yourcompany.com — for a fully branded experience.
Open Settings → Domains
On the agent, click Settings, then Domains.
Add the domain
Enter the subdomain you want to use (e.g. chat.yourcompany.com). Click Add. Chatzuri shows you a CNAME target.
Add the CNAME at your DNS provider
In Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, GoDaddy, or wherever your DNS lives, create a CNAME record:
- Name:
chat - Type: CNAME
- Target: the value Chatzuri showed you
- TTL: 300 (or auto)
Verify
Back in Chatzuri, click Verify. DNS propagation typically takes a few minutes. Once verified, Chatzuri provisions an SSL certificate automatically.
Test
Visit https://chat.yourcompany.com. Your agent's chat surface loads from your domain.
Apex domains
Apex (yourcompany.com with no subdomain) requires ALIAS or ANAME records, not all DNS providers support these. Subdomains are the simpler choice — and you can have as many as you want.
Multiple domains per agent
You can add several domains to a single agent. Useful if you operate in multiple regions with different domains.
Domain management
Remove a domain any time from the same Domains tab. The CNAME in your DNS will still resolve to Chatzuri's edge — clean it up at your DNS provider as well.
