Plans and billing live at the team level. Upgrade, change payment method, monitor credits, and download invoices — all from one place.
Where to find them
From the dashboard, click Team settings, then either:
- Plans — to upgrade, downgrade, or compare plans
- Billing — to manage payment methods and view invoices
Upgrading
- Team settings → Plans
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Confirm payment method
- Click Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. Limits go up, billing is prorated for the rest of the cycle.
Downgrading
Click Downgrade on a lower plan. It takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (so you get what you've paid for). If you exceed the lower plan's limits when the change kicks in, the agent throttles new messages until usage resets.
Credits
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits cover message volume, multimodal usage, and other consumption. Top up if you run out mid-month — no service interruption.
See your current balance in the dashboard header (right side) and detailed usage under Team settings → Billing → Usage.
Invoices
Every payment generates an invoice. Download as PDF from Billing → Invoices. Useful for accounting and expense reimbursement.
Payment methods
Add multiple cards. Mark one as default. Replace any time without losing service. Enterprise plans support invoiced billing — contact sales via the footer.
Cancelling
From Plans, click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current cycle, then drop to the free tier. Data is preserved — restart any time.
