Workflows are in beta. This area is under active testing and is not recommended for production traffic yet. Pin business-critical automations to Agent actions & Tools or Agent Tasks for now, and use Workflows for experiments and internal tooling.
Templates are pre-built workflows you can install and customise in minutes. They cover common patterns so you don't start from a blank canvas.
Browsing templates
From your Workflows page, click Browse templates. Each template has:
- A clear use case ("Lead qualification", "Customer onboarding")
- Preview of the canvas
- List of integrations and credentials it needs
- Estimated setup time

- Lead qualification — webhook → qualifier agent → branch by tier → notify sales or onboard automatically
- Customer onboarding — new signup → welcome email → 1-day follow-up → 7-day check-in → activation review

Installing a template
- Click Use this template
- Name your copy
- Map any required credentials (API keys, account IDs)
- Choose which agent(s) to wire in
- Click Install
The template lands on your Workflows page in draft state. Customise it for your business, run it with sample data, and toggle to Active when you're happy.
Tip
Treat templates as a starting point, not a final product. Most templates need 10–20% customisation to match your business — but you'll save 80% of the build time.
