Bring your colleagues in to collaborate on agents. This guide covers invitations, roles, and how to revoke access.
Inviting a member
Open Team settings → Members
From the dashboard, click Team settings in the sidebar, then choose the Members tab.
Click 'Invite member'
Enter the colleague's email, pick a role, and send the invite. They get an email with a one-click link.
They accept and land on the team
New members can immediately see every agent in the team — the role you picked controls what they can change.
Roles
- Owner — full access including billing, deleting the team, and managing members.
- Member — can build, edit, and chat with agents but cannot manage billing or remove other members.
Removing a member
From the same Members tab, click the menu next to a member and choose Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Any agents they created stay in the team — ownership transfers to the team's owners.
Pending invites
Invitations that haven't been accepted appear at the top of the Members tab. You can resend or revoke them from there.
