Slack is the perfect channel for internal agents — employee help-desks, IT support, knowledge-base lookups. OAuth lets you connect a workspace in two clicks.

Open Connect → Slack
On any agent, click Connect, then Slack. Click Connect Slack workspace.

Authorise the app
You're redirected to Slack to authorise the install. Pick the workspace you want and approve. You're sent back to Chatzuri.

Invite the bot
In Slack, invite the bot to any channel you want it to answer in:
/invite @your_agent4
Test
Mention the bot:
@your_agent how do I file an expense report?It replies in-channel. Direct messages also work — the bot replies in DM.
How the bot decides when to answer
- In channels: only when explicitly @mentioned
- In DMs: every message
- In threads: reply in the same thread
Tip
For an internal help-desk, train the agent on your handbook, runbooks, and policies via Sources. You'll replace half the "where do I find?" questions on day one.
Disconnecting
From the same Slack section in Connect, click Disconnect. The bot leaves your workspace immediately and stops receiving messages.
