Before you start

  • An Infobip account
  • Approved sender / phone number
  • Infobip API base URL and API key

Open Connect → Infobip SMS

On the agent's Connect tab, click Infobip SMS.

Enter credentials

  • API base URL (e.g. api.infobip.com)
  • API key
  • Sender (from address or short code)

Configure the inbound URL

In Infobip's portal, set the destination URL for inbound messages to the webhook URL Chatzuri shows.

Test

SMS your sender. The agent replies.
