Chatzuri WhatsApp lets you connect a WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code with your phone — no Meta verification, no API application, no waiting. Perfect for fast launches and small teams.
Open Connect → Chatzuri WhatsApp
On the agent's Connect tab, click Chatzuri WhatsApp. A QR code appears.
Open WhatsApp on the phone you'll use
Use a phone whose number is dedicated to your agent — not your personal WhatsApp.
Settings → Linked devices → Link a device
On the phone. Hold the camera up to the QR on screen. Once linked, the WhatsApp session is paired with your agent.
Send a test message
From any other phone, message the linked WhatsApp number. Your agent replies in real time.
What the connection badge means
On the Connect tab, the number shows one of four states. Only one of them asks anything of you.
- Connected (green) — linked and sending.
- Reconnecting (amber) — nothing to do. Your number is still linked; the connection is re-establishing after a deploy, a restart or a brief network problem. It comes back on its own, usually in seconds. Don't re-scan: you'd be replacing a working pairing for no reason.
- Disconnected (red) — the pairing genuinely ended, because WhatsApp logged the device out or someone removed it under Linked devices. This one needs a fresh QR scan.
- Ready to connect (grey) — never paired yet.
If a number sits on Reconnecting for more than a few minutes, check that the host phone is online and has WhatsApp open at least occasionally — WhatsApp Web needs the phone to stay reachable.
When to use this vs WhatsApp Business
- Use Chatzuri WhatsApp for speed, small scale, or when Meta verification is impractical.
- Use WhatsApp Business for verified business messaging, message templates, broadcast lists, and high volume.
You can switch from Chatzuri WhatsApp to WhatsApp Business later by disconnecting the linked session and going through the official setup.
