Before you start
- A Twilio account
- A Twilio phone number with SMS capability

Open Connect → Twilio SMS
On the agent's Connect tab, click Twilio SMS.

Enter your Twilio credentials
- Account SID (from Twilio Console)
- Auth Token (from Twilio Console)
- Phone number you'll send and receive on

Set the inbound webhook
In Twilio Console, under your phone number's settings:
- A message comes in → Webhook
- URL: paste from Chatzuri
- HTTP POST

From any phone to your Twilio number.
Pricing notes
Twilio charges per inbound and outbound segment. Long agent replies cost more. Tune your prompt for brevity and check Twilio's regional pricing for your customer base.
